A Chinese table by the sea
风雅阁 means "the pavilion of refined elegance." That is the spirit of the place: a bright dining room of jade-green seats and hanging greenery, blue-and-white porcelain, and plates that carry Chinese calligraphy, set inside the Essaouira medina. The kitchen cooks the dishes a Chinese home would cook, made with the produce and the fish this Atlantic port is known for.
